Hudson River Sloop Clearwater is engaging in a fact finding and consensus building process to understand the potential benefits and impacts of low impact hydropower (LIH) within the Hudson River watershed. The purpose is to create a science-based toolkit that results in a guidance document for identifying possible LIH projects, and methods, as well as identifying priority dam removal projects, and everything in between.
The Low Impact Hydropower Planning Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, January 18th at 6pm.
