Clearwater Festival 2008 - The Great Hudson River Revival takes place at
Croton Point Park, located on the east bank of the Hudson River off
Route 9 in the Village of Croton-on Hudson, Westchester County, New York.
Conveniently Located
The Clearwater Festival at Croton Point Park is located half way between
NYC and Poughkeepsie, less than an hour train ride from New York City,
Grand Central Terminal or less than an hour train ride from Poughkeepsie
Train Station or less than an hour drive north from New York City or
less than an hour drive south from Poughkeepsie. The park and the
festival are located one mile from the Croton-Harmon Train Station.
AUDIENCE FESTIVAL CAMPING
Saturday and Sunday Nights Only
Each Camping package includes:
- Full weekend pass to the festival
- On-site camping for Saturday and Sunday night on a wooded bluff overlooking the Hudson River
- Each camp-site has access to picnic tables and grills
- Transportation of gear to camp-sites will be provided

BY TRAIN

Ride the rails along the Hudson River to the Clearwater Festival, Great
Hudson River Revival. Metro-North Railroad, Hudson Line, offers scenic
views of famed river sites, including the Palisades, West Point, Storm
King, Highlands, Bear Mountain and Bannermans Castle.

From Grand Central Station (NYC) and points south:
Take METRO NORTHs Hudson Line to Croton Harmon Station.
Free shuttle service (5 to 7 minute trip) runs both days of the
event from the Croton-Harmon Station to the Clearwater Festival at Croton Point Park.

From Poughkeepsie and points north:
Take MTA Railroad, Hudson Line, to the Croton Harmon Station.
Free shuttle service (5 to 7 minute trip) runs both days of the event from
the Croton-Harmon Station to the Clearwater Festival at Croton Point Park.
Accessible
Free WHEELCHAIR VAN shuttle service from train station to festival runs
all weekend of the event. Festival is accessible to those with
disabilities. Large print, Braille programs and wheelchairs are
provided. ASL interpreters for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals are
provided on main stages. Handicap permit parking is limited in the park
with a day charge of $10, collected by the park service.

DIRECTIONS BY CAR - Think Car-Pooling!
$5 parking and FREE shuttle service to the Clearwater Festival at the
Croton-Harmon train station available all weekend of the festival. The
shuttle service to the festival in the park from the station is a 5 to 7
minute trip. Parking in the park is limited and there is a day charge
of $10, collected by the park service. Think Car-Pooling!

From upstate New York
NYS Thruway (I-87) south to exit 16. Drive east on Route 6 through
Harriman State Park to Bear Mountain Bridge. Turn right to Peekskill
south on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave. Follow signs to the festival.
OR
South on the Taconic State Parkway to Exit W18 (Underhill Ave.), Route
129 west to Croton-on Hudson. South on Route 9 to Croton Point Ave.
Follow signs to the festival.

From New England
Merritt Parkway or New England Thruway (I-95) south to Cross Westchester
Expressway (I-287), west to NYS Thruway to Exit 9 (Tarrytown). Proceed
north on Rte. 9 for about 10 miles to exit for Croton Point Ave. Follow
signs to the festival.

From Long Island
Whitestone Bridge to Hutchinson River Parkway to Cross Westchester
Expressway (1-287). West to NYS Thruway to Exit 9 (Tarrytown). Proceed
north on Rte. 9 for about 10 miles to exit for Croton Point Ave. Follow
signs to the festival.
Alternative Route - from Cross Westchester Express (1-287)
take Sawmill Parkway north to Rte. 9A then north to Rte 9
north to Croton. Follow Signs to the festival.

From New Jersey and South
George Washington Bridge to Major Deegan Expressway (1-87) to Cross
Westchester Expressway (I-287) west to NYS Thruway to Exit 9
(Tarrytown). Proceed north on Rte. 9 for about 10 miles to exit for
Croton Point Ave. Follow signs to the festival.
