The Clearwater festival has won numerous awards for accessibility. 20 wheelchairs will be available, and many volunteers to assist the mobility impaired.

Braille and and large-print editions of the event schedule are available on-site.

Clearwater makes every effort to ensure that deaf, hard-of-hearing, and visually impaired people feel welcome. ASL interpreters are provided on main stages; other areas/stages by request at ASL booth.

Team and Shift Information: AFTER filling out the online application, please email richard.barcia@wfadvisors.com with your top three choices of shifts, if peacekeeping is your first committee choice. Team assignments will be made in the order they are received by the PK Coordinator. Make up to 3 choices.
Schedule of shifts (if available):
N1 - Saturday: 0000-0400, Sunday: 2345(Sat)-0400
N2 - Saturday: 0345-0800, Sunday: 0345-0800
D1 - Saturday: 0745-1200, Sunday: 1545-2000
D2 - Saturday: 1145-1600, Sunday: 0745-1200
D3 - Saturday: 1545-2000, Sunday:b 1145-1600
D4 - Saturday: 1945-2400, Sunday: 1900-2300
 
Length of shifts: up to 4½ hours, 2 shifts required. Friday shifts are back to back.
 
Can the shifts be worked back to back? No, except Friday
 
Can the shifts be chosen from different teams? No, please choose up to three teams by their alphanumeric designation (e.g. F1, N1, D3, etc.) that works for you.
 
Can the volunteer work on days other than the weekend? Yes, Friday
 
Can families work together on this committee or should the volunteer plan for childcare while they are working their shift? Children may NOT accompany a peacekeeper while they are on duty.
 
Can children (ages 5-12) work on this committee if accompanied by a guardian? No. The undivided attention of Peacekeepers is necessary.
 
Can teens (ages 13-17) work on this committee without their guardian present? No.
 
What will be required physically, (i.e. heavy lifting, walking, etc.)? Lots of walking may be required on N1 and N2 teams. F and D teams must walk to their posts an then stand the post either sitting or standing depending on the post and/or the situation. Standing in the sun for long periods may be required.
 
Committee Description: 8 - 9 hrs. depending on Team. 18+ years - Traffic and crowd management, audience assistance and information, and facility security. Requires a calm, responsible and mature individual. Some assignments require extensive walking or driving a golf cart. Shifts occur from Friday morning (7:30am) through Sunday evening (11pm).
