Board of Directors

Composed of not less than nine nor more than twenty-five members, the Board is a diverse group of leaders who bring a variety of talents, experiences and expertise to the governance of Hudson River Sloop Clearwater. The Board holds ultimate legal and fiduciary responsibility for Clearwater operations.

The work of the Board is primarily done through the committees, with committees making recommendations to the full Board for approval. Conservation and strategic issues (such as marketing, philanthropy and policy) are managed by the full Board.
